We enjoyed our time here very much. Geoff & Pat gave us a warm welcome and we appreciated the nice touches like the cake & tea available for us on arrival. We thought the cottage was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The instructions before arrival were also very useful. Fishing note: Budle Bay Pier with frozen black lug from Petshop in town offers the best chance with Flounders & Dabs. Harbour not so good.

The children are bigger now – they just loved the place- obviously the garden “playground” was best but the whole cottage was declared “our home”.
