This was the 3rd visit to Northumberland as we love it so much but this is definitely the best cottage we have stayed in, thanks to all the little extra touches from Pat & Geoff. The cottage is spotless & so well equipped. The kids loved the garden with all the toys, Pat & Geoff were so welcoming & helpful, will definitely be recommending to other & will be back ourselves…….Thanks very much xxxx |

Another lovely stay & we made the most of the kitchen with great ingredients from Swallows & the independent food & drink store.Great weather & tried to out Insieme restaurant which was very good as is Craster Arms in Beadnell. Great hosts made another wonderful & relaxing stay for us all !

Thankyou so much for letting us stay at Clamshell Cottage – it is a beautiful cottage with everything that you could need or want. Wished we could stay longer but that is not to be this time. Will look forward to coming back & bringing families with us (if you ever need carpets & upholstery cleaned let us know it would be a great excuse to come back) We love this cottage, it is the best one ever xxxx

We were thrilled with Clam Shell cottage- it was a ‘home from home’. Pat & Geoff were perfect hosts & we were amazed at all the facilities provided – especially the children’s facilities.
